I agree to receive information about the progress of processing my request, the status of the Administration's decision to provide me with a product and/or service, and other essential information by means of telephone communication with me (including using SMS messages, push notifications, messages via instant messengers), and sending letters (e-mail) to my address.

I do not object to the processing of my personal data for the purposes and in the ways specified in the consent.

This consent is valid indefinitely. This consent to the processing of my personal data may be revoked by me by submitting a written notice to the Administration.
